My mom gradually has hearing loss since 20 years ago and been using Widex hearing aid about 10 yrs now but the previous audiologist not able to set the hearing aid to her comfort despite the frequent visits and tuning. Her hearing ability worsened these few years.
Found hearLife while browsing and Aaron took care of my mom. After the hearing test, he explained what he wanted to do for my mom and the limitations at this point. Aaron was very professional, patience, kind and understanding.
He changed some parts of my mom's current hearing aids and did some settings, also took us to a more crowded area to test it out.
Almost instantly my mom could hear so much better in a less crowded area, so good in a quiet area..without trying to read my lips!! such a miracle! Aaron also suggested to connect her phone to her hearing aids and to her surprise she did not have headache like last time, no loud and sharp noises! Aaron was great 👏👏 We were thrilled!! Hopefully my mom hearing ability will continue to improve. Finding the right audiologist is so important. Thank you Aaron 🙏 May you continue to help many more.. God bless you!

Elzy Kho who help me at HEARLIFE was a very knowledgeable, helpful and patient audiologist, he let me trial a few different types of brand and explain to me each of them it features and benefits and let me test for weeks before I make my decision.
